Same programmes as the 7 kg, but only for large single items that don't fit into a 7 kg: duvets, pillows, sleeping bags, curtains, bedspreads.
Please no regular laundry! It also fits into two 7 kg machines. That way the XL stays free for everyone who really needs it.

Frequently asked questions
The key answers about doing your laundry at our two locations.
Do I need to bring detergent?
No. You can buy detergent and fabric softener right at the central control unit. Our detergent powder is matched to our machines. If you use your own, please use liquid detergent to avoid residue from powder or tabs.
How long does a wash take?
At both salons the 7 kg machines take about 35 minutes. The 15 kg machine takes about 45 minutes at Brückenstraße and about 55 minutes at Im Treff. Dryers are charged in 10-minute units. For a load from a 7 kg machine we recommend 2 units (20 minutes).
How can I pay?
At the central control unit you can pay with cash, girocard, credit card, contactless by smartphone or smartwatch (Apple Pay, Google Pay) or with our customer card. The machine can print a receipt if you need one.
Do I need a customer card?
No, the customer card is optional. If you wash regularly, you get a bonus when you top it up. You can get the card at the central control unit and it works at both locations.
When can I do my laundry?
Brückenstraße is open daily from 8:00 to 21:00, Im Treff daily from 9:00 to 21:00. At both locations the last start is 20:00 for washing machines and 20:15 for dryers.
Can I wash duvets and pillows?
Yes, that is what the 15 kg XL washing machine is for: duvets, pillows, sleeping bags, curtains and bedspreads. Please spread normal laundry over several 7 kg machines so the XL stays free for large items.
What is not allowed in the machines?
Only normal household laundry is allowed. Dyeing in the machines and washing horse blankets and similar items are not permitted. Please empty all pockets first.
Where can I park near Brückenstraße?
There are hardly any spaces in front of the laundromat because Brückenstraße borders the pedestrian zone. We recommend the Gebrüder-Rass car park at Feldstraße 7, a short walk away. The car park is run by an external operator.
What happens if I don't collect my laundry in time?
If laundry is not taken out within a reasonable time after the programme ends, the next customer may carefully remove it and put it in one of the laundry baskets provided. It is best to stay nearby or come back on time.
